The festive feeling was in the air in Hollyford today, as the children wore some Christmas jumpers in aid of Down Syndrome Ireland's Jingle Your Jumper campaign. We would like to thank everyone for their support.

Hollyford NS children in both rooms had an oppurtunity to show and tell each other about some of their favorite toys. Lots of fun was had!

Dave Morrissey from Groovy Hands Drum Workshops put our children through their paces. The children learned loads and had a great time. Everyone in the school is looking forward to more practice in the coming weeks.

We were very fortunate to have Dr David Overton visit Hollyford NS to speak to speak to us about his life as a scientist. He was kind enough to demonstrate a number of really interesting experiments with our pupils, this was a great start to Science Week.
