Every Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday we have playground leaders. Each lunch break a team from the senior room plays a game with a class from the Junior room. They teach the Junior room a different game every day. Our playground leaders have been very successful and everyone has great fun together.

5th Class pupils visited Coláiste Mhuire Secondary School Thurles on Wednesday February 6th for a second level experience day.

Grandparents Mass took place on Wednesday February 13th at 10am in St.Joseph's Church Hollyford. Fr. O'Gorman celebrated Mass where our pupils and school choir participated. All grandparents and their grand children received a blessing. Everyone present then went to the school for some light refreshments where a cup of tea and sociable chatting took place.

Clean Ireland are running a build your own Clean Ireland recycling truck from recyclable materials. The price is an Apple iPad for the pupil who makes the best truck and a recycling themed tour for the rest of the class. The junior room have created some fantastic trucks.
